Be R.A.D. and Do More IPAs

Today I'm gonna be talking to you about how to be R.A.D. baby!

And if you're RAD, you can then do IPAs. 

What am I talking about? 

So R.A.D  stands for the three best things that I love in my business. things need to be able to be 

Replicated

Automated  

Delegated.

Did we just have an aha moment from the true sparkle sisters out there?
Did you notice that I turned this into an acronym? 

Let's be RAD so we can do more IPAs. 

So we want to make sure that what we're doing is either replicatable or automatable, or something that we can delegate

 And when we have things that can be done in that aspect, then it leaves us time to work on IPAs 

What are IPAs? Glad you asked…

They are Income Producing Activities. 

So we have to be RAD so we can do our API's

REPLICATE

Get as much stuff that you can replicate.

For example, when you go live, you can replicate the live video and turn it into a podcast,  you can also turn it into a blog post, or even pop it onto YouTube.

Or share it on over on Instagram or put it into your stories.

You can even create infographics from all the crazy things that I say or even you could turn them into quotes. 

So you got to be RAD. So you can do your IPA. 

See how awesome replicating is!! 

Make sure whatever you do, think about it.

What you've just created, the content you've created.

Can you replicate it and spread it far and wide, across the different platforms in 

• emails, 
• blog posts, 
• podcasts, 
• YouTube videos
• ect...

 
AUTOMATE

DELEGATE

Delegate is finding jobs that you don't need to do, and get somebody else to do them.

For example, you don't need to be doing mail
... or you don't need to be scanning receipts,
... or you don't need to be filing
... or my favourite thing in the world is to delegate cleaning the house.

Honestly, you don't need to do that!

If you can afford to pay somebody to do it delegate it baby! 

There are ways to also get help, from someone in exchange for your service.

Have a look at your current customers in your community.

You may just find someone who wants to learn from you, and trade that for giving them a few small jobs to do!

That's how I started when I couldn't afford employees.

I used to offer people the chance to learn from me, and in return, they would help me.

If you can delegate things it leaves time for you to be doing your IPAs.

Again, what are IPAs? They’re income-producing activities.

The best type fo IPS's are

"Things that only you can do ...and if done well... will take your business forward!" 

So let's recap!

I want you to really think about it, and be RAD in your business.

Free up content creation by Replicating content you've already got.

Free up time by setting up Automated systems so that you don't have to do it manually every time.

Free yourself from low-income tasks and Delegate by giving the jobs to others,

... then you can FOCUS ON YOUR IPA's

2. Divide your paper into three.
3. Make a list of things you can
   • Replicate
   • Automate, and
   • Delegate
